1. Avoid Caffeine/Stimulants Up To Four Hours Before Your Appointment.
Caffeine and other stimulants can make our lashes flutter, making it harder for the technician to apply the extensions correctly.
2. Arrive With a Clean Face and Clean Eyelashes.
In order to get the most out of your lash extension service, it is important to arrive with clean lashes. Residual oils and makeup will only prevent the adhesive from properly bonding, resulting in poor retention. Your lash stylist should not spend more than a few minutes cleansing and prepping your lashes. This means that less time is spent cleaning and more time is spent applying lash extensions, resulting in a fuller, more flattering look.
3. Avoid Using Oil-Based Products On and Around the Eyes Prior to Your Appointment.
It’s important to avoid using oil-based products around your eyes before the appointment. Oil can cause the adhesive to break down, making it difficult for the lashes to stay in place. It will decrease your retention dramatically, which will result in you needing more frequent fills.

refundable. This applies to all services. We
are unable to offer refunds on any services
we have already executed. All retail product

even by you). All care is taken to ensure
your safety. No refunds will be issued for
reactions, however, We will offer a Free
Lash Removal should this unfortunate event
